As a life long General Contractor, I have worked in almost every field of home remodeling, repair and maintenance and with 20+ years of home inspection experience and over 6000 inspections completed I offer you a unique perspective to home inspections that other inspection companies just can't match.

From general laborer to roofing, siding and windows, to laying water and sewer pipe, whole house plumbing stack and water line replacement, to pulling wires, installing outlets and fixtures to electrical services and panels. And some where in between it all a lot of framing, drywall, taping and painting. I have been involved in 50+ full gut out home rehabs.

It was sometime in the mid 90's when I read my first " Home Inspection Report " for a home I had worked on during a rehab of the property and that sparked my interest. A few years later I saw an add by a local home inspection company that said "  Home Inspectors Needed - Will Train - Construction Experience a Must " So I applied and I started doing home inspections on a part time basis in 1999 and have been doing home inspections full time since 2002 completing over 6000 home inspections to date.
