I have worked in the home construction, remodel, repair and maintenance fields for 29+ years. 

I started doing home inspections on a part time basis in 1999 and have been doing home inspections full time since 2002 completing over 6500 home inspections to date.

I take 25+ hours of continuing education classes annually.
